I recently came across the program Image Composite Editor (ICE) Which is a free panoramic stitching software and I decided to put it though it’s paces with this multi row panorama I took at Mettams Pool Beach which is a popular beach in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. The photo consists of 38 15 megapixel photos which were stitched in 5 separate panoramic images, Then I stitched all 5 panoramas to create the final panorama. The final result is a whopping 327 megapixel panorama! There doesn’t seem to be any misalignments using the software, And it managed to put together the final image in very little time too. Canon EOS450D, Tv-10secs, F22, ISO-100, 18-55mm @ 41mm, taken late afternoon at the lower section of Liffey Falls, 40 mins from Launceston, Tasmania, standing in water up to my knees trying to position my tripod in the slowest flowing water to attempt to stop blurring (didnt work on some shots) whilst tourists watched and laughed at me?? hahaha Close by
