Minstral Fairy is one of two fairies in a little series. / There is also another fairy called Razzamattaz (see above). / Both fairies have unusual hair made out of cotton and wool findings. / Both were created on pastel paper with ink pastel acrylic & charcoal.

I have also used a variety of found objects, including lace and ribbons…and an especially beautiful gold paint for the wings which were underpainted first to created texture. On of my favourite paintings, my heart and soul went into this piece…two sweet little girls in darling dresses hanging out in the garden together….what could be nicer.
