    by Jessica Tremp

    US$3.56–US$95.00

  • P/S Retouched by Ange in collaboration with Ingrid Sjodahl. Digital photograph shot by Greg Parsons in collaboration with Ingrid Sjodahl (2007). KvB ex-student of mine Ingrid graduated last year winning the Australian Institute of Professional Photographers, NSW Portfolio of the Year Award 2007…needless to say damn proud of her. Model: Liz. I retouched face, hair & recreated arched eyebrows for further definition; left eye was ‘opened’ up to match right eye. Ingrid added b/w desaturated tone, painted lips, bodice lace & sheet in red tone. Original before shot image below.

  • Photographic based digital montage 2007 (1 from series of 6 – redesigned from 2004/5 Japanese Series). Re-worked combining two from the series. I shot the tree, flowers & combined them in P/S with drawn elements & filtered the lot. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers. Generally I tire of my artwork yet still love this series to this day.

  • Photographic based digital montage 2007 (1 from series of 6 – redesigned from 2004/5 Japanese Series) My favourite one from the series. I shot the tree, flowers, roses, birds, combined them in P/S with drawn elements & filtered the lot. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers.

  • J.Y
    by Ange

P/S Retouched by Ange. Digital photograph shot by Jerry Kang in Surry Hills, Sydney (2007). Model: J.Y. I retouched the eyes (creating deepset cat eyed effect), enhanced lips, defined eyebrows, enhanced cheekbones, airbrushed face & lengthened body. Extended foreground of shot by retouching (the existing foreground) as it was taken tightly cropped to the foot. Added b/w desaturated tone & curve adjustment. Original before shot image below.

“The bird has an honor that man does not have. Man lives in the traps of his abdicated laws and traditions; but the birds live according to the natural law of God who causes the earth to turn around the sun.” – Kahlil Gibran. / . / Composite. / © 2007.

  • A Return to Love

From my collection: / Alaska North Star ~ Arctic Fantasy I use only my own images to create composites, matrix panoramic images and digital art, therefore I own full copyrights on all my work. This is one of my favourites. It is a composite of three of my images, one of the Chena Slough near North Pole Alaska and two of Interior Alaska brilliant skies “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. / It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. / We ask ourselves who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? / You are a child of God. / Your playing small does not serve the world. / There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. / We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. / It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. / And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. / As we are liberated from our own fear, / our presence automatically liberates others.” by Marrianne Williamson ~ excerpts from Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles.

  • Avast Ye!
    by Jo O'Brien

    US$4.28–US$114.00

I think deep down I have a bit of a thing for pirates. When it came time to do this shoot I seemed to have an awful lot of pirate accessories just lying around waiting to be used. It was good to get it out of my system. Only problem is now I can’t stop thinking of excuses to take more pirate photos. So if anyone in Melbourne feels like playing dress ups with me, drop me a line Art Direction & Photography: Jo O’Brien / Styling: Jo O’Brien and Helen McLean / Model: Helen Mclean / Lighting: James Price / Post Production: Jo O’Brien

  • And God created woman
    by amarica

    US$3.42–US$91.20

Ge 2:21: ¶ And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; / Ge 2:22: And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. / _____ Abstract art digital composite using my photographs. Photoshop CS3 and Micrografx edited. Those are not tatoos on her body, it is the leafy overlay from the garden photo I used. She has no tatoos. This is my daughter, Deborah. I gave her one of my favorite Biblical names. It turns out that I named her appropriately. She is a born again Christian. She loves the Lord with all her heart. She has had her share of hardships and heartaches growing up and also in her early youth, but she has overcome those things and come out with a glowing spirit. She and her husband are leaders in the community and their church. They have 3 wonderful children that would be a blessing to anyone. They are blessings to me. When I look at her, her eyes sparkle with a love of life and Jesus fills her very being. It radiates from her face. Her beauty makes mine pale by comparison. I am short and she is tall, something I have always longed to be. Her devotion to her family and God brings out her true spiritual beauty which enhances the physical beauty she has been blessed with. There is no vanity in her, but a humble gentle spirit that I love and admire. Born and raised in California, she has the beauty and glamour, the poise and confidence you would expect from a California girl. I am so proud to have her for my daughter. • P/S Retouched by Ange. Digital Photographs shot/styled by Alex Viscontini (2008). Model: Roberta. P/S combined two shots (originals below which lacked edge on their own) to create one finished image. I retouched/airbrushed face/body, emphasised eyes, arched eyebrows, closed lips & enlarged them, minimised jawline, lengthened body/legs, re-worked hair/background elements, changed overall body perspective & added a magenta selective colour layer adjustment.
