  When I first viewed this stunning rose with vibrant colors, I thought I saw two small eyes peering out of the petals deep within the folds. Macro photography has opened up another window and minute things that had ben ignored in nature have become beautiful intricate sources of wonder. I like to see flowers from an intimate view. Few things in nature are as versatile as flowers.   Hello Kids ;) / Yes I’m still alive and somewhat kicking (and screaming a lot). Thought I’d drop by and say I am very busy busy busy, and hope everyone is the same and being very productive and making lots of money! (Hahahahahaha…ok…stop laughing now…..) / Have my exhib this Sep 24th at Tin Cat Cafe, Kent Town, Adelaide. As per usual I am still not completely sorted, but frantically trying to pull everything together (and thats BEFORE I see Mine and Scotty R’s work enlarged to all buggery, and decide I hate my work and want to burn it LOL :) JUST A TYPICAL ARTIST ME THINKS. / Will post details in next few days, so please come along if interested!!! Good chance to mingle and make contacts me thinks kids ;) / Anyway, enough gaff…..I have one small complaint. I am seriously about to leave SEVERAL groups on here, as I am sick to DEATH of what can only be described as “spam bloody update thingys” announcing every 5 mins “ooh and I just farted” blah blah blah. PLEASE, if u have rules and regulations for us within the bloody group, can we at least make a rule that you only send us a bloody email ONCE A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! My poor bubblemail feels confused and somewhat violated LOL :) / Anyone agree with me?? I’m not saying everyone is doing this…but a hell of a lot ARE. / And that’s another thing-how many groups are there now??? Too many me thinks-It’s outta control. And from my observations my stuff is not getting viewed/sold any more than normal…..Come on Kids, what do you think??? / Ok, back to work.   Hello.. hmmm.. feel free to hate me. i have been around actually.. just haven’t been really communicative. let’s just say, i’ve been crawling into a hole, and i don’t feel like coming out, really.. i tried too.. i tried very hard to respond.. to communicate.. but i’d always end up just closing the window. hnn.. yea.. prolly part of my depression thingy.. but i really just want to cry out loud, you know? it’s been more than a week, that i want to just cry, but i can’t!! (i mustn’t be caught crying) so yea.. sometimes i manage to feel cheery enough to respond to the lovely comments i get.. but after awhile, i’ll just go… / all i can say is that i’m truly sorry for my “quietness” and lack of cheery comments.. i can’t help it. trust me, i’ve been eating my med daily. but without proper umm.. as in “real life” support, i can get rather down. i understand and truly appreciate that i have many lovely friends here who understands and care for me.. but yea.. it’s like.. it’s just hard? to be working towards my goals alone? i did receive little helps from my 2 girl friends once in awhile.. but for some bloody annoying reason, i still feel darn alone!! it’s like yea, fine, i understand it’s my life, and i have no rights to ask anyone to company me fight for what i want, i don’t really need someone to fight along with me, but at least a little encouragements like “that’s great! work hard!!” or “so how did the meeting went? did they approve?” hell, even lies like “i knew you’d get it!” or “i’m so happy and proud of you!!” will be appreciated!! i know i’m being such a baby.. but.. i mean think about it.. some of you guys have things to keep you strong.. like family or loved ones or close friends.. but i’m like almost alone if not for you guys here.. but then again, you guys are like on my laptop.. i can’t.. / why do i need company.. why do i need encouragements.. why do i need love.. why do i need all these things which.. ok, i must be stronger.. i am supposed to be heartless. i’m supposed to be the nonchalant.. i’m supposed to not need all those feelings, because prolly i’m not good enough to have them. ok.. i know i’m whining and acting like a total brat.. (at least i manage to shed some much needed tears a little..) i mean, i hardly get to sleep properly for the last few nights.. but yea, the good news is that my meeting last week was rather successful, and i’ve signed the contract and will soon have my stall with PaTH They haven’t contact me yet, to tell me when i can get my cart, but i’m sure as hell not in a hurry. i haven’t got any price tags done.. just managed to buy a rack and hanger for the tees today.. i’ll be getting some 44mm buttons pressed end of this week.. i need to do a little poster for my stall too.. and i just ordered some glass and dog tags which i most likely won’t receive till end of the year.. and a print portfolio of designs to prepare for those tees designs that are not printed yet.. and i’m currently working on 1 company webbie… and i should really find another printer before i start selling.. /

When one contributor tries to present alternative perspective she gets told she’s got an awful mean streak. The discussion is more akin for a mob baying for it’s perspective to be heard and there’s little attempt to listen. We have made a decision – we’re not reversing that decision. We think the issue here was black and white – many of the contributors to this discussion disagree. I don’t think we’re ever going to agree. I have done the posters in the thread the courtesy of reading ever post and we will reflect on how we can better communicate our decisions and policies in the future to improve the sense that things are fair on RedBubble. RedBubble is free and you are free to leave if you don’t like the way we’re running the site. We’re human and if you view this decision as a mistake I can guarantee you that we will make more mistakes in the future. I’m actually surprised that more of the serial complainers don’t leave. There are lots of other places out there on the interweb similar to RedBubble. Find one that suits you. I’ll list the ones that I know about: Zazzle, CafePress, ImageKind, etsy, DeviantArt and I’m sure there are many more. RedBubble should be fun and enjoyable. If it’s not fun have a think about why you are here. And finally let’s keep thing in perspective. Some of the posts here were written like Helen died … no one has died.
