Came across a very old painted advertising sign on the side of a very old building. A little like the very bright ‘Bushell’s Tea’ signs of yesteryear, this one was also in stark bright colours, although quite weathered.

A freehand drawing of the Zodiac signs and the accompanying planet signs, changed to pencil digital outline, printed that out and coloured it in with coloured pencil – colouring in to digital, fairly simple, just felt like getting back to basics, had done alot of fussy work lately…this drawing was the basis to my work THE ZODIAC /
