The tide was out leaving the wonderful colourful fishing boats in St. Ives Harbour waiting for it to return. / St. Ives is a great place to visit, it has a great beach, shops, fish & chips, pasty everything you will need for a great holiday or day trip, it even has a rail link. Just after finishing taking pictures of the Kina, I was stumbling back over the rocks and came across a bright Rusty piece of ….... well something! Sun was setting, bright amazing colours were being shone back at me and thought – yeah! personally I like this image for it’s pin sharp detail and the juxtaposition between the round bolt and the straight edge especially with the blues on top. it was probably a well rusted iron girder but bent and rusted beyond recognition by the sea and rocks…
