This is one of those images that pop into your mind whilst you should be finishing other work. But i glad it poped in there as it turned out better than i amagined it would. But the time it took showed me just how much time i put in when i’m working on a image i love. / just to produce the depth in the sky took four hours. And the ravens took a whole day as there are so many colours in there as well as black. / Crows ravens and magpies i often feel linked to and always greet when the come into my garden something that happens almost dayly so working from life is quite easy to do. As for the witch i looked at a number of old depictions and then just let my emagination take over. Some of you may have noticed that i haven uploaded anything for a while, but for those who live with fibromialga that it can be a rocky road. And when it hits you find even the smallist things very diffecult and the depression that come with it is a nightmare so i hope you all understand and i will be posting more over the next few week.

This image is now also finished, but was fun to put together, its one of those subjects that i never tire of,( i will add more later so bare with me). / This image was fun to produce mermaids are one of those subject i come back to time and time again, i find the spell binding and that was only added to a few years ago when i learned about a little know irish tale about a place called Ben Verry. Its the place where the mermaids live off the coast of Eire and Scotland and its to this place where those lost at sea are taken. / This image also alowed me to use a celtic stile i seldom use as the tree of life tends not to work with them but here i have weaved it into the outer border, and with the added of colour realy seems to work and i will have to use it again in the future. i look forward to your comments as always, Cherrie
