Acrylic painting on canvas. / Since being a child, cats have been and continue to be very important to me. I’ve indulged myself here with heaps of colour and one of my favourite subjects.
Acrylic on canvas. / My cat HATES my hair dryer and that is my inspiration for this painting. I have used some imagination to add a few other quirky things happening in the room too. Hope it makes you smile.

Find me a cheekier beef horse than this, and I’ll gladly give you my favourite teapot. Detail, colour, taste and pure cheek – this cheeky cow’s got the lot. To quote what she said to me just after I took the picture: “Moo”. And you can’t argue with that. Proud of your kitchen? Imagine this beauty on your wall. As a picture, I mean. Not the actual cow. Look at my lovely shop: http://baddoggy.redbubble.com/ Taken on the cliffs above Robin Hood’s Bay, near Whitby, North Yorkshire. I could’ve cropped it conventionally, but I couldn’t bring myself to chop out that sky.
be quite! the mouse is sleeping…

Al Fresco Cats / Acrylic on canvas / Size: 505mm x 405mm I’m combining three of the loves of my life here – cats, gardens and food. / These two cats resemble a couple of cats I had as a child, Skittle (black and white) and Victor (marmalade). They are just deciding what to eat first, perhaps the cheese…as / there seems no meat available.
this is the devision you never heard of the lucky ones got to carry messages the unlucky ones …...... ! / /
A shirt to remind you which hand goes where when you’re playing (both on the piano or with the contents of the shirt) ;) If you’d like a different colour for the image on the shirt let me know and I’ll try to make it available for you in other colours

I accidentally deleted this one, so have (slightly) reworked it and uploaded again – sorry! / my son and twin nephews…
Acrylic on stretched canvas 10 inch x 10 inch Original SOLD I was painting this yesterday when there was snow falling outside. Guess I wanted to think about summer and warmth. This has a very British seaside feel to it. I remember trips to the seaside when I was a child. Metal painted buckets with jolly seaside scenes on them, metal spades with wooden dowel handles…packets of paper flags to pop into those sandcastles. Why did the egg sandwiches always get sand in them? / Anyway this lady here seems to have quite a bit of her own buoyancy.
It’s a tradgedy when a drink gets spilt.
