By special request for Ann Hird. As well as helping out in the RB mailroom, I also help out at my local bank when they are short staffed (as they are today). Ann is the Manager of B&E Wynyard and right from the beginning has been incredibly supportive of my photography, commissioning my works for all sorts of projects. Today she is ordering calendars, and I thought it would be nice to say thankyou for all her support by creating a custom made calendar for her with images of her choice.

I discovered this door as I was walking down a backstreet in a small village in Portugal. It is clearly showing the signs of ageing but at the same time is exploding with character. I am sure that this door has many memories and many many stories to tell.

This is Watkins Jetty at a place called The Entrance in NSW, Oz. It was built in the 1920’s. It’s a bit rickety, but still standing. My boys are watching a rather large storm roll in. The weather has been so strange lately…
