A changing floral tribute to the comming year
Dahlias – one of the most exotic flowers, originating from Mexico and Central America. The Aztecs gathered and cultivated the dahlia for food, ceremony, as well as decorative purposes. There are 36 varieties of the dahlia and I have luckily seen quite a few of them – which I include in my calendar.
