Tropical Flowers of Hawai’i / Series One Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi

  • This is a collection of photographs all showing light being refracted through droplets of clear liquid – either water or glycerine. In some pictures you can see a very clear image, for example a flower, being formed in each of the droplets. In other pictures, the effect is more abstract. I enjoyed creating these images, I hope you enjoy looking at them. Wendy / xxx

  • These designs are hand drawn. I begin with basic pencil lines and I enhance them as I add colour. The pens that I use are sharpies and paint pens.

  • Aloha, I would be happy to personalize a collection especially for you. / / Aloha ‘oe

  • A collection of my favourite smoke photos. Photo of smoke taken with Nikon D300, Off-camera Nikon SB900 Speedlight, Incense, black background, and lots of patience. All shots were taken manually without the use of a tripod. No destructive editing was involved. The shape of the smoke is exactly how it was captured on camera. The only editing I did with Photoshop was adjusting contrast, adding colours and getting rid of blemishes around the smoke. Have a look at my entire gallery at www.jhoque.com and if you like any images there that you would like to purchase, then please do get in touch. Thanks for looking, Jay
