I’m finally able to share some images from winter in Gross Welle, Germany. I love this time of year in northern Germany. I have been very lucky to be able to photograph this area during more than one season.

Frosted river bank, the light streaming through the trees and the ice melting into droplets on the gate. Another start to a glorious day.

This morning ! couldn’t make up my mind wether to go high up in the hills or down by the river. I finally desided to go for Leighton near Buildwas, the field above the meanders. / As it was a spectacular morning, I thought a little tresspassing was in order. No processing done in this picture, just a slight crop.
