  • This is another of my favourites. I can’t remember the exact date I painted it… it was roughly January or February of 2006. I used acrylic on cardboard (but HOW I used it is a secret!), approximately 63cm x 51cm. • Colored pencil illustration of a maple leaf, beautifully drawn in the burnt oranges of autumn, a beautiful reminder of the Fall season for lovers of nature, or a great gift for Canada Day!

  • Made in Ultra Fractal 5. Full view please! There are colors and details in this that cannot be seen in the preview image. Thanks for looking!

  • I spent all day Saturday ‘harvesting’ the garden. The pile of tomatoes, miniature pumpkins, and indian corn were gathered on the lawn in front of my marigolds. There was such a menagerie of color and pleasing shapes and designs that I spent almost twice as much time photographing the fruits of my labor than I actually did harvesting them! / Here is a sampling of autumn’s bounty for your enjoyment! / I think this would make a lovely Thanksgiving greeting card! / /

  • The Middle fall at Letchworth State Park in NY. It is a wonderful place not to far from my home that has so much beauty to offer! /

  • I so enjoy the new pastel colors of spring time, it is such a delight for the eyes that have only seen brown, and down for so long! / I love how each tree has its own pastel color of their new leaves emerging for a new season. / Canon S3 IS 6 mp /

  • This reminds me of gummy candies.. I think it’s the color. I was also craving gummy candies while editing this. So that explains a lot..hehe.. I took this some time in the fall when these berries were still on the tree in my front yard. Enjoy!

  • Ever since the painted bunting returned to southern Louisiana for the 2009 summer breeding season, I’ve been on the lookout for him. He sings heartily from the nearby forested property but seldom does he show himself. I saw him fleetingly a few times, but his extreme shyness keeps him well out of reach. Today, I sat in my blind and prayed he’d come. The singing started, with the glorious sound getting closer and closer until he landed as close as I’ve seen him this year. Snap. Snap. Snap. And then he was gone! This was as good as I could get; hopefully, there will be more opportunities before Mr. Elusive heads to Mexico for the winter months! Isn’t he just dandy! Reminds me of a box of crayons! I’m grateful to God for answering my prayer for a better view of this gorgeous little bird.

  • This is one of my favorite back roads. I take this road when going to Hawks Bill Craig. This was taken in 2005, and the fall colors were to die for! / The road sides were logged later that winter, and man talk about ruining the beauty of a road! / So I am happy that I took this photo when I did. It will never be the same in my life time! / Arkansas Country, USA PHOTOS BELOW ARE CLICKABLE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AUTUMN DRIVE / COUNTRY LANE / WINTER FROST / SETTING SUN / AUTUMN COUNTRY ROAD / FOREST PATH / SIMPLE FOREST SCENE /
