Sunrise at the height of Autumn captured at Chatfield State Park here in Colorado. You ever run upon a photo that you just wish you could step back into when you shot it? Due to the fact the world seemed so perfect at that moment, and everything was just gorgeous? This is one of those shots for myself. —-—-—-—-—-- / More of my work can be seen on my website at http://jdebordphoto.com / All artwork is © John De Bord, All Rights Reserved. This is what was remaining this evening around 5:30, and after a day of horrific wind, and thunderstorms moving through Northern California. We had a severe wind warning; big rigs were pulling over on the I5 and the wind was almost impossible to drive in, gusting in every direction. The rain came down in torrants, and window wipers didn’t seem to help much and then just as quickly as it moved in, it was gone…the sun was shining through the clouds and the sun was beginning to set…..this is what was left, just Beautiful and Wild! ___ All The Materials Contained May Not Be Reproduced, Copied, Edited, Published, Transmitted Or Uploaded In Any Way Without My Permission. As a landscape photographer I am always in search of new interesting spots to depict. That’s why I travel a lot, when I can. However, I do believe that photography belongs more to how you see, than to what you see. With this in mind, I try to take advantage of any opportunity nature present me with, and I often realize that I don’t really need to travel a lot… This meadow is right outside my yard gate. I took this picture on last October, on a fresh early morning at sunrise, while some mist in the distance was spreading the dawn light tinging the sky with beautiful warm tones. Hope you enjoy this picture, thanks for dropping by. / Paolo

And the window was still dripping in a cool way. / I like this, coz it got my favourite colours in it!! As is! / 928 views / A bit abstract isnt it. Best viewed LARGE!
