“Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things.” Isaiah 40:26 God is so awesome! He is without a beginning or an end. He was not created. He is the same today as He was yesterday, and forever. God is the source of all truth and life. God is not easy to explain or understand, His ways are not like our ways. Our wisdom is foolishness to Him. To really know God and honor Him as our Heavenly Father we need to know Him as He really is; the eternal, all mighty and all powerful Creator of all that ever was, and all the ever will be. This painting was inspired by the moving devotions penned and published by Oswald Chambers in the early 1900’s. His powerful book, My Utmost for His Highest, continues to touch my life and draw me closer to Jesus. I hope that this art and verse do the same for you!
