  • I was standing in the middle of the on coming wall of water, it might look small now but when it got to me – it was up to my thighs. / More photos from the shoot of Mona Vale Pool - Got up at 4 to get to the pool for these shots, travelling petrol: $10 / - A can of WD40 to water proof the camera: $4.95 / (to use this – Hahah…. you sprey it onto a piece of cloth the wipe you camera with it, avoiding the lens and viewfinder….not sprey directly onto the camera….so what ever to reply moisture is good. It also stop salt sprey clinging itself on the camera too.) / - Stand in front of an on coming wall of sea water (Being scare sh#tless): PRICELESS!

  • I know this is supposed to be the season of joy and cheer, but I can’t help to feel very much like this lone tree on a cold and foggy winter morning. Not even the happy chirp of a bird is breaking the eerie quiet. But soon this season will pass, and life begins anew. My art with 1000+ views

  • Enjoy! _

  • This one of our local Churcches, taken on a damp dark day, sort of the right day for churches and grave yards. Almost desaturated it to darken the feel.

  • I took this photo of a lilly and realised, as nice as it was, it was just like the 1001 other lilly photos out there, so I decided to try something a little different… hope u like it! Enjoy! _

  • Early this morning I decided to drive about an hour into the Blue Mountains to go for a bit of bushwalking and to check out the lookouts around the Wentworth Falls area. / However the weather was terrible, with it basically being a whiteout with visibility down to about 20m and constant drizzling rain, so not the best weather for lookouts and photography! / I decided to head over to King’s Tableland and have a look at McMahon’s Lookout which is down the end of a 20km dirt track, however half way down the road I decided to capture the view in front of me which consisted of the road and trees disappearing into the thick mist. / I will have to head back up on a clearer day! / Photo taken with barely any post processing, just exposure, black point and levels.. / Thanks for having a look, as always comments and critiquing are most welcome.. • Featured on RedBubble Homepage – 7th December 2008 Lost… somewhere in the magical city of Salzburg (Note: This image was originally labelled incorrectly as an alleyway somewhere in Prague, Czech Republic). I have always been fascinated with cobblestone streets and narrow alleyways. And for some peculiar reason, I am always prompted to remember an old Chris Rea song (Windy Town) whenever I think of cobblestones. Oh, the joy and wonder of musical memory triggers :-) Salzburg, Austria, 2006. [Creative Effects: Colour Removal, Sepia filter, Brightness adjustment, Omni Spotlight with Photoshop] Windy Town by Chris Rea Driving home from the highland line / We done some gigs on the Clyde and the Tyne / They flew us in from a Hamburg strip / The taste of Dusseldorf still on our lips / And on the bus there is a friend of mine / We go way back to the scene of the crime / We sit up front and share a cigarette / And try to remember what we tried to forget He said “Do you remember?” / He said “Do you recall?” / I said “Yeah I remember, oh, I remember it all” / Every time that cold wind blows / Every time I hear that sound / Late night trains shunting down by the river / I remember windy town We come so far and we move so fast / Making hay see it all go past / Round the world and round again / Up and down on that gravy train / But every time that cold wind blows / Every time I hear that sound / The east coast cross winds on the cold wet stone / I remember windy town The freezing corners and the empty streets / The burning passion and the cold wet feet / Three tricky miles home every night / Dodging from the shadows underneath those amber lights / No car for kissing and nowhere to go / Except inside each other and I loved you so / I held your face as you shivered in the rain / Girl I’ll always love you and I’ll love you again / Oh everytime, everytime Every time that cold wind blows / Every time I hear that sound / Late night trains shunting down by the river / I remember windy town / Every time that cold wind blows / Every time I hear that sound / The east coast cross winds on the cold wet stone / I remember windy town

  • I was having my coffee this morning on the balcony while watching the rain and it gave me an idea so here it is! This was taken of the rain coming down on the balcony balustrade with the clouds in the background. I know that there are lots of amazing captures of splashes here on RB but this image really wasn’t about the splash, to me, it was more about the capture of morning rain.
