i am very happy i stumbled upon this today. (11 feb 2009) Here is some panels of the fence that i took close up photographs of. As you can see each panel of fence has a completly different pattern, colour and texture. I have a fair few photographs taken and I have been able to produce some fantastic pieces of art. I think it is a fantastic find!!! / This abstract image is a little part of someones garden fence! Every strip of fence had been weather treated, but all the strips were completly different. i took lots of pictures as there were so many fantastic different shots. The wood fence looks as if it had been coated with weather stain, then it looks like a coat of tar had been applied, then it looks like the treated areas of the fence were blistered by the sun, leaving behind a some wonderful abstract art! i think that this picture looks like the sea – a field – hills – horizon with trees on it. / im uploading this picture, and i may upload another. i have cropped this picture slightly. i have adjusted the brightness/ contrast/ hue and saturation a little bit also, just to bring out the brilliance of what i photographed.

Gulf Fritillary Butterfly, Agraulis Vanillae is feeding from a blooming flower. / The Gulf Fritillary, Agraulis vanillae, a striking, bright orange butterfly of the family Nymphalidae, subfamily Heliconiinae. These were formerly classified in a separate family, the Heliconiidae or longwing butterflies, and like other longwings this species does have long, rather narrow wings in comparison with other butterflies. It is not closely related to the true fritillaries. It is a medium to large butterfly, with a wingspan of from 6 to 9.5 cm. Its underwings are buff, with large silvery spots. It takes its name from the fact that migrating flights of the butterflies are sometimes seen over the Gulf of Mexico. by richie fox

    US$5.49–US$125.40

I couldnt believe what my eyes were seeing! I got the camera out, and took some photographs…. / This images are close up (approx 2.5 inches X 3.5 inches) of a burnt out stolen car. The car had been dumped in the car park of the ‘Upstairs – Downstairs’ (also known as the U D) a notorious mini nightclub on Armley Ridge Road, Leeds. / The U D has been a local haunt for anyone and everyone who has ‘grown up’ in the West Leeds area, and beyond. Its a very well known place. / It has recently been closed down by the Police and the leicence has been revoked Permantly this time!! / The U D building has been sold to unknown parties. Never to return! Thank Fuck! Anyway, today 6.3.09, i went for a wander, with my camera, around the U D car park, where there is lots of rubbish strune everywhere, except in the old rusty decaying bins! as well as the burnt out stolen car. / This car was an absloute find. As soon as i seen the car and what the fire had left behind, i was gob smacked! The car was an array of macro ‘Art’, all over. Every little square inches of the burnt out car was different. / It was GREAT! / A mass of different textures and colours Leaping directly into my Lens. / I couldnt believe my luck!! I took 250+ photographs with-in 15 mins!!!!! Canon 350D / Lens- canon 18mm- 55m / Focal length – 41mm / Exposure – 1/100 secs / F/8 I have seen 2 different propdomanant images with-in this photograph, im sure that you will see different images to me, so im calling the image ‘Open(to interpratation).
