I couldn’t decide which to upload so I uploaded both in my ‘simplicity’ collection. This was just a simple leaf with a drop of water lying on a mirror. /
Porcelain world Series Model: Chalsea Darling
Elle, one of my favorite models I’ve worked with, She’d never done any modeling before this, but was a total natural, she managed to convey so many emotions and thoughts, looking forward to working with her again.
Testing out my new macro lens on my backyard flowers…
I’m bored, have a head cold and I’m stuck at home so I had to try and use my imagination with what I had around the house! I don’t know if I’ll keep this one up, I want to try and perfect it. It’s actually just a water drop on top of a tiny bougainvillea flower.. This can give you an idea of how tiny this actually is! Ohh, and this has not received any post processing.
Here’s a red Grevillea, a native to Australia,,, picked from my mother-in-law’s garden ;o)
I was walking around Omotesando and Harajuku to kill some time before meeting a friend the other night and found this patch of cosmos flowers. Planted out in the street, behind them were the lights of a shop and a vending machine was providing some light from my side. Just beautiful. Got mesmerised for a good fifteen minutes by these flowers. Nikon D300 / 85mm f/1.4 AF D

Alice in Wonderland is a classic example of some one looking for answers in all the wrong places. We all try to change our outer circumstances thinking it will bring us happiness and peace never realizing that the answers are within ourselves not outside of ourselves. Alice transforms her whole world in to a world of nonsense thinking this will bring her joy and happiness but soon enough she longs for the world she left behind. We all need to look inside ourselves for our own happiness and not seek it in external places or adventures, dreams can soon turn to nightmares and friends in to enemies unless we control our minds. Can any of us resist the temptation to follow the white rabbit down the hole? Probably not which is why this is still such a celebrated story, we all believe there is a world out there all of our own where everything is just as we’d like it to be….there is such a world but it resides inside our minds….. Taken in Amherst, Virginia with my Canon Powershot SX110 IS. While stopping to get some pictures of some cows on a back road near where I live, I saw two beautiful horses off into the woods. A Palomino and this beautiful white horse. Of course, I called them over, and they came right up to me….nice and close. This guy ’s head bearly fit in the frame. :)) I noticed he had wonderfully light blue eyes…so I cropped in on this shot to give you a better look at them. Isn’t he amazing? :)) / FEATURED IN YOU BIG SOFTY / /

Colour pencil, graphite and pastel on paper. 19×25 cm. It’s been hard finding personal drawing time of late. She has been ‘in the making’ for about 5 weeks. It feels nice to have a piece finished. Hope to start a new one today.
