The closer we get to insect life.. the more alien their world becomes! This bee/ fly landed on my windowsill and just started licking the pollen off itself. It didn’t stay long, so this was the best shot I got (best of four shots). The colour of the fly and pattern of the eyes amazes me. Also, if you notice, it’s got it’s tongue out.
