A street photo taken at Changi Airport, Singapore. Using the natural light as backlighting, these people were quickly snapped in silhouetted as they were walking away. I’m surprised how similar these people are. They echoed each other in terms of being in a pair. Also, the pairs in the foreground are single dad with their only child. All this captured at the time 16:57.

I took two photos of this dandelion flower to get all of the parts in focus and then merged the two together.

Its all in the title. This isn’t just an ordinary Church Spire. I am told its a copy of the Spire at St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh. This is actually what I would consider the most prominant landmarks in Peebles. Peebles is a small Scottish Borders Town which lies about 20 miles south west of Edinburgh. Its possibly my most popular image to date out here in the real world. Made the Redbubble Home Page on the 29th of August 2008. Many thanks & best wishes from Robin; that’s me!! / Milestone reached, 1000 views. Thank you all kindly; Mum & Dad too. Reached on the 2nd of Oct 2008 / / / /

A piece inspired by the movie MirrorMask. I have been working with the idea since I first saw the movie. This is just the first of a line of pieces inspired by the movie. Of coarse I started with one of my favorite parts of MirrorMask the dolling chamber. Once upon a time in a land far far away there lived a little boy, for him time stood still but for his parents time flew. Each day streaked past in a blur leaving behind brief moments. Those brief moments were cherished but a cruel reminder of what the parents didn’t have, could have had, SHOULD have had. The parents wished they could stop time, just for a few moments…snatch their little boy back from that far away land, then time could move on and everything would be back as it should be. Time flies with unending certainty. Background stock by Peace of Art Copyright Sarah Moore 2008
