Taken in the bush near Alice Springs. Waiting for the sun to come up and saw this dead tree and just had to take a shot with all the colours behind it.

Created in camera. I am constantly drawn to the beauty of forest and trees and the spirit of the place. With this in mind, I often try to capture more than a documentary view of place by listening to the whispers of trees and grass which guide me to the path between reality and a spiritual connection. In this image the living mystery of Spring emerges.

Green just seems to be on my mind lately. I took this photograph at Three Creeks and then heavily messed with it in Photoshop, I mean…ahem…I processed it utilizing several filters in a fancy way.

Morning fog Clear Lake, Huntsville Ontario “In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness. This is a photo of another well photographed lake in Banff Park named Peyto Lake. The colors of Peyto, like that of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are breathtaking. The water in these lakes is a blue green turquoise color that is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The color is the result of “Rock Flour” or rock particles from the melting glacier above; makes it look like a mikly turquoise soup. Love this lake!
