back in the day, it seemed like everyone had a father, uncle or grandfather that had a car like this…you would be swallowed up by the back seat, taking trips to exotic locations that, while we always muttered “are we there yet,” would one day wish we could go back in time to savor every one of those lost moments…

The cars screamed past the entrance burning throught the rubber as there engines grunted. The tunnel contrasted the night sky blinding the reckless drivers momentarily and the race was still on.

roy’s motel, amboy, california, is classic route 66…the place has been closed for quite some time yet looks and feels like it could reopen any minute…there have been plans but, so far, none have come through…it is a little off the beaten path but well worth the effort to visit…

My first attempt using Photoshop’s liquify tool. I love the liquify tool! This was for a class assignment to create an Absolut Advertisement, was titled Absolut Classic.
