Florence skyline at sunset, Italy. Basilica di San Marco.
I’d just bought the Canon 40D and 10-22mm lens, and this was not the best day for an outdoor photo shoot in London. / I was watching the bank for any activity when I spotted this boat leaving the jetty on the other side. I ran across the bridge, barging people out of the way as I went, and came to rest near the middle. I set up just in time to get the shot, then suffered an asthma attack! / I froze my a’$£ off this day, it felt like minus 10. / 15 minutes later it started to snow. Canon EOS 40D / 10mm, F/3.5, 1/2000sec, ISO-400 / Tripod: NO, Flash: NO / Inhaler: YES
