Even in its crumbled state it is still a a work of art that beacons the passerby with tasts and smells, fond memories of times past, and warm pleasant moments remembered !   • When I woke up this morning and went out my front door I could see – albeit part-obscured by buildings from our 8th floor flat – the cone of Mount Fuji as clear as I have seen it all year. I knew the sunset would be a good one and sure enough it was. Just probably the best place ever to photograph, loved every minute of being there and can’t wait to go back in winter when it’s flooded to see how the people and tourists cope with all the duck boards. I will have to check the original for the metadata as I can’t see any info on the jpg. Canon ?, 24-70mm at ?mm, f/?, 1/? sec, ISO ?. No filters used. A knackered old bin to steady the camera.
