Found this lurking in a hard drive. Taken from the Eureka tower last year just before they banned cameras in ‘The Edge’ – a glass ‘box’ that extends out from the top floor and hangs over the city 92 floors below. This image was taken through the floor of ‘The Edge’. I adjusted the levels aggressively and burned the reflections of the people to make them stand out more. /

BETTER VIEWED LARGER A beach in view of Sydney Harbour bridge ? Well hence the title, well this beach is only there at extreme low tide its usually under 6feet of water or 2.metres . The view of St. John’s from Signal Hill.

I took this hdr shot to allow for a good even glow over the shot and still get the reflection of the street down below. / It also always reminds me of a drama, as after I went to bed after taking it, about 2 hours later my wife woke up in agony on the 38th floor in a Chicago apartment with a prolapsed disc and we had to ring 911! / Anyway, the 2 hours sleep was quite worth the effect..maybe! Taken with 2 exposures – 1st with F3.5 aperture/5 secs shutter/500 iso / 2nd with same aperture & iso with a 1 second shutter. Thanks in advance for any views or comments. / Cheers, / Matt Also from this series:
