  • I have taken this double exposure with my toycamera Holga on film. / The cityview is taken from Eureka sky deck in Melbourne. / This beautiful sentence was tagged on a house in Brunswick near mine, but a week later the owner gave it a clean… / With this photo I can always remember it. (no digital manipulation here)

  • YAY!! finally finished the 9th installment of LookOut from pingpong. / Now I can pass it on to FireRabbit. Phew. • I took this picture in Helsingborg, Sweden. What caught my attention was the angle and the beautiful colours. I’m a big fan of perspectives so I had to switch on my camera. check what the product looks like here thank you for stopping by!

  • 11th installment of the pingpong colab. / Aaaahhh…. finally finished it. Its ridiculous how much time I’ve spent doing this, probably the longest of all Lookout series. Feel like something fishy (been eating a lot of fish and chips lately) Check out all previous versions here or shortcuts here: 1. Lookout!: Search 2. Lookout!: Mystery 3. Lookout!: Reach 4. Lookout!: Evil Emerges 5. Lookout!: Battlefield 6. Lookout!: Not Over Yet 7. Lookout!: Beyond the Gate 8. Lookout!: Is the battle over? 9. Lookout!: Greetings! Friend or foe 10. • The entering of a new era… the Old district of St. John’s is overtaken by the new architecture of this era. The pigeon in the foreground seems to emphasize the character and timlessness of Old St. John’s. / / / / Visit my website On The Rock Photography / Canon Rebel / / 3 shots merged in Photomatix and cs3 to touch it up

  • hdr using single raw file – thanks mel for your help… these were taken at the same place this one at night…

  • thanks to billyboy for giving this image a bit of a makeover in photoshop! check out his portfolio its great! / here’s the original (ive replaced this with the smaller, more proportionate version) The shot itself was taken by my son some time last year (can’t remember when) in london.

  • Looking south to Wollongong from Garie Cliffs in Royal National Park. Royal lies sandwiched between Wollongong and Sydney. Because of the light from both cities this shot of the Milky Way has but a fraction of the actual stars visible and less than 1% of this would be visible within the cities. / Makes for a pretty picture but where does wonder go when the light blocks out the stars? The night sky is the only time we ever get to see the infinite. What happens to us when we lose that? / Tv 30s / Av f3.5 / ISO 3200 / FL 10mm

  • Captured whilst at a Melbourne Red Bubble meet up. / / / Art Folders… / / Entire Portfolio / Born From This Earth – Series / Hearts At War / Vehicular works / Architecture / Travel / B&W Photography / Transitional Industrial Utopian Series / Abstract / Models and Fashion Photography

  • Angled shot taken inside the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool. Really enjoy finding new angles and views within this building and its a great place to practice my photography. / . / Spent a lot of time with the position and cropping of this image to produce the desired look. / . / Your comments always help. / . / ste / . / Location: The Lady Chapel / . / The first part of the Cathedral to be completed and consecrated for worship was the Lady Chapel. The style of this lovely Chapel, which stands at the far south east corner of the Cathedral, is more elaborate than the main body of the Cathedral in a way which reflects its date and the influence of G F Bodley who was, at that time, working with the Cathedral architect.

  • Location: NYC, USA

  • The Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This shot was taken on a recent work trip, I was fortunate enough to get a little time off to explore KL.

  • I have seen the shorts for Will Smith’s new movie Hancock and wanted to recreate the city scene in his sunglasses. This is my version! (c) Sarah Moore 2008

  • A winter`s evening on the Swan river with the reflections of the City of Perth. I had to wait awhile to shoot this image as some months before there had been a gas explosion up north and WA was on limited gas supplies and consequently all the city`s lights were getting turned off, however I think it worked in my favour, as the cooler winter weather enhanced the blues of the image.

  • Seaworld, QLD Australia / ....I also took some shots of some jumping dolphins, however, the view from the car park really caught my visual attention…

  • Wallpaper version available here http://fc09.deviantart.com/fs45/f/2009/146/3/b/Mother_Nature_by_j3concepts.png

  • Went on a little stroll around the city today to shoot a couple of laneways with Flamegirl for Laneway Magazine who requested some shots of this little spot. This is the same lane as shot in my Hosier Lane but up the other end facing the other way :D I’ve been using HDR sparingly lately but it helps to bring out so much character in these laneways that I simply can’t resist. This is also one of my first goes experimenting with the square format too! / Settings Canon 5D, 17-40mm f4 L USM. FL: 17 mm 1/160th of a second @ f4 (Multiple Exposures), ISO 800 No Filters Adobe Lightroom 2, HDR in Photomatix Pro & Stitched together in Adobe Photoshop CS4 Click here for my other images of laneways and graffiti Click here for my other images of Melbourne
