  • I was playing around with a sunset photo I had taken, when I got the idea for a planet similar to Earth, populated with humanoid type creatures who find something to grumble about regardless of the situation. Their conversation might go something like: I can’t believe it Zhrikplatth, that’s the third time this Dasnuba that the skyhop has been late. Keep your veins in, Krryp, at least we can enjoy another methane sunset while we wait.

  • Well this is the shot that made it into the 2008 channel ten weather calendar, so I’m pretty proud of that.Getting this into the calendar was my first… ‘public’ recognition of my work so this is a pretty special shot to me. it is lightning over Adelaide looking down from Mount Osmond. It was taken in December 2006 and featured on the following nights news broadcast.

  • This bridge lies on the Bosphorus in Istanbul, Turkey. The land on the far side of the photograph is the Asian continent and on the near side of the bridge is the European continent. The bridge acts as a link between the two continents. The lights on the bridge were constantly changing colour. This image features in my calendar “Scenes From the Middle East”
