A cold December’s night outside the famous Ritz hotel on London’s Piccadilly.

Beneath a busy highway next to the Merlion Park, Singapore City. This was a long time exposure done with a Manfrotto Tripod, Canon remote shutter release and a lot of sweat (humidity in Singapore during the December Monsoon Season is disgusting). A panoramic stitch of Melbourne’s Flinders Street Station and CBD. Stitched in Adobe Photoshop CS3 using Photomerge. Tripod was setup in portrait orientation and merged 3 shots. Cropped it a fair amount to get a 3:1 panoramic ratio. Click here for my other images of Melbourne

I spotted the sky looking particularly fascinating and headed for these red fish in Little Malop Street, Geelong, to see how they looked against one another. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the exact shot I was after because a TV crew had decided to take over the street to make an Ad for a car. I still managed to get in there, chatting to the blokes standing around, but they had their filming vehicle right in the middle of my shot – how rude! lol So this is the best one I got, not bad I reckon, still, I’ll go back again and hope for that sky another day!

The Flamingo Las Vegas is a hotel casino located on the famed Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada and is owned and operated by Harrah’s Entertainment. The property offers a 77,000 ft² (7,200 m²) casino along with 3,626 hotel rooms. The hotel is sometimes referred to as the pink hotel due to the structure’s neon pink color. The 15 acre (61,000 m²) site’s architectural theme is reminiscent of the Art Deco and Streamline Moderne style of Miami and South Beach, with the central outdoor area housing an exhibit of flamingos as part of a wildlife habitat.
