Recently we did a test shoot for two really funny and crazy guys who also happen to make music together, Jase and Tom after their manager aeris saw my stuff on RedBubble and decided I am shit hot at what I do. (I’m working on the modesty bit, I swear.) Anyway they really really didn’t want to do a photo shoot in a smelly, public, and damp mens’ toilet so naturally I nagged at them until they relented. Then the first thing their manager said upon viewing this image was “That one’s for RedBubble!” So here it is.

Every major city I’ve been in has its own prominent neon Coke sign and Buenos Aires is no exception. The coke sign in Sydney is the gateway to Kings Cross and all that goes on there and the coke sign in the city of Buenos Aires seems to be located in a fairly equivalent part of town. Shot with a tiny Russin lomo camera with Ilford HP5 b/w film on my recent visit to this amazing and vital city in Argentina.

The big wheel arrives in town … great opportunity for a view over Belfast ... and of course a snap or two. I tried to blend the curvature of the fence with the curvature of the wheel (I think it works) ... the two pigeons have the best seats in town!
