Its all in the title. This isn’t just an ordinary Church Spire. I am told its a copy of the Spire at St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh. This is actually what I would consider the most prominant landmarks in Peebles. Peebles is a small Scottish Borders Town which lies about 20 miles south west of Edinburgh. Its possibly my most popular image to date out here in the real world. Made the Redbubble Home Page on the 29th of August 2008. Landscape of the Lord St. Malo outside of Estes Park, Colorado. One of thee most photographed Churches in all of North America, I was VERY excited and VERY anxious to get this shot when I headed up to Rocky Mountain National Park. I was hoping that the weather would clear because behind this, covered in the clouds, is Mt. Meeker and it is just a stunning view with the mountains! I have to admit though, I am really happy how this came out. And if anything, it is quite unique compared to how it is usually shot. I suppose that is a good thing when it comes to photographing something that is such an icon. Generally, people walk down by the pond and shoot from there, I stayed up top on the side of the road, thus giving a different perspective than most. Also, the weather. It was dramatic as all heck! You could smell the rain as it came in, dark, but with so much drama in the sky. I was pretty lucky to get a shot like this. Ya, I am happy with it! Taken on a lovely outing with my parents ,this is a part of the Catholic Abbey in Bendigo in Victoria Australia’s Central goldmining district,such a wonderful church with incredible stain glass and light ,very inspiring and peaceful

I found this little abandoned church in the prairies in the middle of no where in Alberta .. nothing was around it for miles and miles …... I suppose at one time someone live near by to go to it ... I just had to play with the effects on it

This shot was taken of the church in the heart of Tanunda, (The Barossa Valley) South Australia. A storm was about to roll in and the clouds turned streaky within a matter of minutes.

Weird as it was, it only rained at the Ghost Town and was Beautiful and sunny when we left. After shooting the Ghost town 2 days later I broke out with Poison Oak. and of course there was the voice of an elderly Man I heard in one of the worn down sheds (Nobody around for at least 30 Yards).
