The skies of Alaska filled me with such amazement every day… they were always filled with such beautiful tones, no matter what time of the day it was… it was the icing on the cake of all the awesome mountain ranges and wilderness below it… or in this case… it reminded me very much of a Cotton Candy Sky…. This day was also VERY windy and if you look closely, you can see some of the blowing snow here as well…. Lost In The Wilderness Of The Last Frontier.

This little rustic lodge, sits in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness in the Chugach Mountains, about 40 miles North of Valdez, near the Worthington Glacier and State Recreation Area, in a region known for it’s Heli-skiing… It was closed up when I passed it by and was also for sale… how my mind was spinning with wonder and fascination at the possibility of owning such a wonderful place, in the vast wilderness of the Last Frontier State of Alaska…. Cotton Candy Sky.
