/ / Baby & Kids TShirts in this design available at my Zazzle store / This one is so dear to my heart, and also especially designed for Christmas / I have been thinking about doing an angel for a long time. We all need a Guardian Angel to watch over us The brown paper is from a large roll of kraft, slathered with white gesso (acrylic paint) and handdrawn in pencil, then black felt pen…then coloured with colour pencil, chalk pastel, charcoal, and blended well….. later on, the design has been cut out in photoshop and a few extras applied to finish off…. Prints and cards are available in this design also, and a children’s tee will soon be available through zazzle.

/ / A Rainbow of Angels TShirt I drew ‘A Rainbow of Angels’ with a pencil over brown paper which had previously been painted with stripes of white gesso… I coloured it in with chalk pastels, coloured pencils and charcoal, and outlined it using black felt tip pens and charcoal After that we had some fun in Photoshop…and A Rainbow of Angels came to life… The Chinese Chop symbol with my initials was created by and comes courtesy of the lovely Keith Richardson /

/ / / Love is a Big Hug – Tee / / Love is a BIG Hug TShirt is my latest super-cute design on brown paper using mixed media… chalk pastels, charcoal, felt tip pen, coloured pencil and photoshop were used in this mixed media creation BEST VIEWED LARGE… JUST CLICK ON THE TEE TO SEE AN ENLARGED VERSION OF THE DESIGN For a long while now, i’ve had an image burned in my brain of a little girl holding out her heart… I have had dreams of myself doing the same sort of thing… and this was what i came up with. I didn’t mean for it to be so super-cute… perhaps i’ll do a more serious version someday…with her heart held in her hands… but for now, here’s the cute version…by far the cutest thing i’ve ever created! This is 6 in a series of 12 from a collection of works I’m callin ” Weekend at Grandma’s ” The basic theme being some mischievous boys doing things from sneaking around to playing make believe , some being cute , some a lil dark ( we all know how lil boys can be ) . I’ll also add that I tried my best to keep the original designin its most basic pencil form , only adding in some effects and back grounds… I hope it comes off the way I hope it will . Lights are out and no one’s home …cept Lil Scottie and his trusty candle !
