The Crosses of Calvary at Sunset. The verse says it all for me. No greater gift given to mankind than this! All proceeds of the sale of this card.image will donated to CEF. I have been honored to have this image used in many churches around the world. I am also honored that Ellen chose this as her favorite image. think its not only a beautiful photo, but the text is very important to me. / About 29 years ago i became a christian, and that was the most important moment in my life, because it changed everything. / Thats why the photo means a lot to me, because it shows the way to Jesus who gave His life for us so we could have a relation with God the father. / Thanks DawsonImages for sharing this beautiful photo! http://www.redbubble.com/people/ellen

Inspired by the religious art of my visit to Italy in December 2007, i was compelled to create the depiction of the spiritual battle that is happening in our world… every second of every day. Someone is in a battle manifested in countless forms. But there is life and with life there is always hope. ‘The Battle’ is symbolic of the journey and the challenges faced to reach freedom. After we have fought the good fight there will be victory and as we fall to our knees, we are drawn to the One… who has saved us. Take the messages as they come to you. The aim was to create a universal piece of art that speaks the language of the heart. This vector artwork is currently not for sale but if you are interested i’d love to hear from you.

HERES THE STORY BEHIND THE PHOTO! okay, so I’m not really a religious person, at all. But I do work at a christian preschool so one day I passed these crosses by a church and the sun was behind me and I thought it would be a cool photo to take for my boss :) okay…so here’s the creepy part. I pulled this picture up today (6 months later) and decided to photoshop it and give it to my boss. Well….I only gave it a little more yellow for the sunset….I didn’t put the “EYE” in the top right hand corner of my photo! creepy eh? What you think?

The Angel of the North one of the most photographed works of public art n the north of England if not the country as a whole. I felt it required a fresh view and as Easter was fast approaching and the word Angel being Hebrew for messenger I thought an artistic take would be to re-create the crucifixion scene for a modern day audience.

It’s a beautiful medieval church SS Kliment and Panteleimon, from 9th century and is believed to be the first university in Europe. Saint Clement used his newly created monastery as a liturgical building and a place for teaching his disciples his variation of the Glagolitic alphabet, known as the Cyrillic alphabet. Clement personally built a crypt inside the monastery in which he was buried after his death in 916, his tomb still exists today. Located in old town in Ohrid, Macedonia, Plaosnik is an utterly unique phenomenon: it was recently reconstructed, with loving attention to detail, precisely in the style of a Byzantine church, right down to the red bricks and mortar. Today, Plaosnik is one of the most exhilarating Byzantine-style churches in Macedonia. Its floor is covered with mosaics of twenty wave-shaped tassel interspersed with the figures of flowers, birds and animals.
