Hey everybody!! If you haven’t met him or heard of him yet, I want to introduce you all to Caanan. He’s been doing some awesome stuff lately to jazz up RB around here in the way of writing a weekly comic strip called Shirtheads, based off of shirts made by various RB’ers. This week was just his third issue, and I’m quite honoured to anounce that (however conceited this may appear) I am the featured artist, Angry Jellyfish being the featured shirt. So, I just wanted to let you all know, and tell you all to head over to his comic strip as I’m pretty sure it’s one of the best yet! =) So a big thanks to Caanan again, and I hope you all enjoy the strip as much as I did =) Take care, Chris Richards

Soo, for those of you who don’t have her on your list, a wonderful artist I’ve been watching named Janis Zroback has recently been doing a tutorial on an ancient style of painting known as Chinese Brush Painting, which I have been following along with now. Just today I but my brushes and ink and such, and had at it. And, mostly for her sake of requesting seeing some results for those participating, I decided to post below some of the thing’s I’ve managed to do so far. They’re not great, but i figure its a good start! Let me know what you think, if you want, and feel free to check out the tutorial thus far on her homepage first in the journals, then continued in her writing. Thanks fo the great tips and information so far, Janis. Keep up the great work!! Chris /

Again to another mystyery buyer, but thank you nonetheless =) Who ever thought that five or ten minutes in boredom would result in my best selling shirt? Angry Jellyfish all the way =) And thank you, as well, to all of my watchers, who take the time to read the nonsense I post for every sale, or take the time to look at the work I post. If you’re reading this, right now, thank you, from the bottom of my heart =) You’re all amazing! Chris Richards

Good moring, mid-day, afternoon, or evening to you all! First off, I must apologise to all of you (if there is still anyone) that’s taken it upon themselves to tough out watching me despite my recent amount of inaction. The good news is, as of yesterday, I am officially both graduated and done with highschool for the summer. What does that mean? You’ll all be hearing from and seeing me much much more than you have in the past few months, so get ready. For anyone who remembers my little two week Europe excursion thats been in the works for so long, you can all join me in the countdown and know that it is simply 39 days away as of tonight. So excited!!! And I have a few other smaller trips planned for the summer as well, so it should yield a fair amount of photos. I also hope to continue experimenting with other mediums – paint, ink, an pencil – so be on the look out for a little change up from time to time! That’s all for now! I do plan on keeping more of a regular journal as of this summer as well, so feel free to frequent my page or even favourite it if you feel so inclined, but lets not go that far ;) Take care world, wonderful viewers who’ve stuck with me, and any new visitor!! I’m finally free, and I plan to make the most of it!! Chris Richards

Hello any and everyone! Well, I wanted to use this journal to update the watching world more frequently about what’s going on in my life. But, first and foremost, I need to thank two people – marantz, who doesnt upload but has a fair Favourites full of wonderful tees, and an anonymous somebody – for purchasing shirts of mine today, especially the inknown buyer for buying one of my All You Need is Love tee just under a half hour after I posted it =) Now, onto the rest of me! The official count as of midnight tonight in just 45 minutes will be four days until I leave for europe, which I’m totally psyched for. I’ve got a current five GB of memory for my camera – a 1BG and a 4GB card – and will be getting another 8 gigs on one card tomorrow, putting the grand total to 13…. soo, I get to use just under one gig per day =P I hope thats enough =S My flights leaves Detroit International airport with Air France at 7:00 pm, and we’ll be getting there at 8:45 in the evening…. no stopovers, one solid, 13 hour flight =) And its definitely my first tiome flying, so I’m stoked for that. Otherwise, my days ahve pretty much been filled with work and now almost last minute prep for the trip. I’ve turned out to be the family traveller, already having gone WAY more places than both of my older siblings ever have, and one of the things I love the most is, since for the past three years I’ve always gone SOMEWHERE, my parents (more s my mom) feel the need to buy me almost a new wardrobe. So, needless to say after two days of shopping, I can say with confidence I’ll also be one stylin tourist ;) So if you’re going to be looking for me, find the well dressed one!! Take care all, / Chris Richards

Bonsoir, mes amis!! Well, at the moment, I am very happy to say that not only did I arrive safe qand sound, but I am currently typing from an internet cafè in Nimes, France. The trip so far has been simply fantastic!! I’m averaging about one hundred and twenty photos a day at the moment; averaging out the number i’ve taken so far, but I’m sure thats bound to increase in time. I don’t have time to upload any photos at the moment, but needless to say it has been quite a productive trip thus far. Today we visited the Ponte du Guard (ou Garde… je ne sais pas) which is a giant Roman aquaduct just outside of Nimes, and I must say it was QUITE amazing, especially the swim in the river it crosses over. Being in a French cafè, I’m also on a Fre,ch keyboard; which is taking forever, but I will update when I can. Sixteen days, five almost over, and four more until I turn 18 in Venice =) Take care everyone, and you’ll hear from me again in due time. Chris Richards
