Red Kite taken at Stokenchurch in the Chilterns. This is one of the many Kites that have been reintroduced to the Chilterns by English nature and the RSPB. / You can see the colour coded wing tags on this bird which represent the year the bird hatched and sex.

This dilapidated shed is in a forest just off the country lane that passes through the Village of Turville in the Chiltern Hills of Buckinghamshire. Turville is a tiny, picturesque village with just one enormous claim to fame: It is the location used for the filming of TV series, The Vicar of Dibley. I used to come exploring in this area quite often in 2004 – things were going badly for me, but the peace and quiet of these forests was very relaxing.
