These children were the more fortunate ones. They can go to school!!! They were proud of their uniforms despite being homemade and frayed. / This was taken in a village in Uganda where an australian aid organisation (International Support Aid) assist the orphans of Uganda.

The talented Sally Omar / Did it again Sally got inspired by This work and wrote this amazing Poem to go with this Image ,Thank you sally / —-—-—-—-—— / DEEP GREEN Eyes as green as emeralds / See as they herald / A heart so filled with gold / Purity of soul / That is unsurpassed / May the child in her soul always last / Once you have seen her eyes / It makes you realize / You will not easily forget / The eyes of this child that rivet / Love so divine it encaptures your very being / And you start seeing / The beauty that does abound / In the world around / The shyness in her face / That brings forth grace / Of a soul that has been touched / With the Creator’s love so much / That he blessed her with eyes DEEP GREEN / So the beauty of her soul can be seen / Her mother hurt and dismayed / Met a wonderful man one day / Married him and had this child of love / Sent straight from the Creator above / The child sometimes called Indigo / And we all know / That a child so very smart / And with so much heart / Will guide so many in this mixed up world / With bravery and love unfurled / Her name being Rahaf seemed so right / Meaning gentleness, kindness and light / So much heart and soul seen / In her beautiful eyes so DEEP GREEN
