As I walked into our living room, I saw my two sons sitting on the settee (couch) watching children’s television. Sitting there with a flat cap on, he looked as yorkshire as they come. I love the expression on his face, so full of wonder and excitement. This was the first time he sat and watched television with his brother. Was bored this morning but haven’t got time to get the camera out, so decided to have a go at some Hi-key work on an old portrait of Milo. Luckily I had kept the original RAW file. I’ve not really tried a high-key colour portrait before, so its a bit hit and miss… Nikon D300, 17-55 2.8 lens, natural light. Processed in Adobe CS3

Digital fine art photo painting of a little country girl admiring the beauty of a single bloom in a wildflower field. Featured in Digital Brushstrokes, October 9, 2009. This digital art consists of 4 layered images from my personal library, including one texture layer.
