©2005 Sara Montour This is an old image, taken in 2005 right after I got my first semi-real camera (Fuji S7000). I had just come home from living in England and Ireland where I fell in love with photography and knew I wanted to pursue it seriously. A lot of you have probably seen this photo before, but I like to include it in my new sites when I can because not only is it of my hilarious brother, Christian, but since it’s one of the first that I took with that camera it’s an important image to me. Sure, the bird was interesting, but he really should have paid more attention to what was coming up behind him. Unfortunately for Willie “The Birdman” Whiters, it would be the last mistake he would ever make. I just finished this one up last night. Overall, I’m fairly pleased with it.
