Here are my 3 playing at the beach during a storm. I’ve had a bit of a play with colours and liked the end result. I find this quite dreamy and surreal almost.
Yes, they are my feet and I’m relaxing on the beach watching the kids play in the water. I gave this image some texture and it reminds me of a very lazy, Aussie summer’s day at the beach.
Here is a photo of my youngest two. My little girl was cold at the beach so her bigger brother gave her cuddles to keep her warm and I was there to catch it.
I liked this image of my little girl as, to me it’s a simple and dreamy capture of childhood where it’s always happy, uncomplicated with bright colours, fluffy white clouds and sparkly light.
My little girl..
Here’s another photo of my little muse. This wasn’t a posed one, just natural, the way I like it. I also have this photo in sepia which looks nice so choosing was a hard decision.
Took this a couple of weeks ago of my little girl at the beach and realised it’s potential this morning when I started to play with the colour, light and layers so of course I though that I would share!

Even at two years old, Lucy knows how to go for the kill. Of course, it doesn’t look like her little brother minds too much either. In a few years, we’re going to have to start keeping an eye on these two. At least we know they love each other.
This was pure fun, there was this whole group of women and one “beautifull’ man, i really wanted to take his shot and they where asking me ‘why you want photo from that man”, well i said because he is ‘beautifull’ they thought that was sooo funny..they wanted on the photo ,forget about him, take us! so i did offcourse and that attracted more people…finally i made a shot of the ‘beautifull’ man too.. but that was at least an hour later!!
