I have also used a variety of found objects, including lace and ribbons…and an especially beautiful gold paint for the wings which were underpainted first to created texture. On of my favourite paintings, my heart and soul went into this piece…two sweet little girls in darling dresses hanging out in the garden together….what could be nicer.

this one is my mom and my eldest daughter.. / taken while mom came for a visit to Alaska.. and we went to do her favorite thing.. picking fruit!.. 1986 / North Pole, Alaska .. strawberry U Pick farm this is one of my all time favorite photos :) camera.. disposable:).. would you believe my luck ????.. lol.. . i adore this one!!!!!!!!!!!.. iris………... mom , so trypical……. one of the blessings I had in alaska. she came for a visit!.. big sacrifice. she was always hating to fly if it involved more than one plane.. so , she gave Christine. a plane ticket as a gift , so they would both come for th visit… I still can feel this day perfectly ..

....is so darn difficult to shoot – she won’t keep still for a SECOND. However, I did my best and here she is. She delights me daily with her antics and her magical character entrances all who come into contact with her. My daughter, Grace (6), dressed in the beautiful bougainvillea that flourishes outside my bedroom window, which continually calls me to take photographs of it. Having said that, how many bougainvillea pics can you possibly take before everybody is bored silly? (and I’ve done quite a few…) So I thought I’d do a different take on bougainvillea, although I’m not great with photoshop. Post processing done in photoshop cs2, also used Topaz Clean and Topaz DeNoise. Featured in Childhood / —October 2009 -- thank you very much!

With so much going on in my family life, It’s been a long time since I’ve done one of these fantasy children images. Was excited to post this new one of my daughter resting inside a lily. I found this sculpture in the garden of the convent guest house, where we stayed during a trip to Rome last summer. I´m not sure who the Father is supposed to be. I like to see Joseph and his son Jesus in this statue.
