Can you feel it? Love and care… I have taken this photograph because I’ve seen a lovely picture of love and care before my eyes… / Two years later I went back to the negative, scanned it (with love and care, of course; here I mean taking care for properly balanced lights and shadows above all, with no important details lost, because the photograph was taken in a room with poor light), made some minor corrections (color curves, desaturated, toned…) and added a frame with text. Yesterday, the weather finally broke and was soooo nice outside (although it is cold again today…), so the kids got the chance to play outside after a long winter being pent up indoors. My daughters decided it was great fun to bounce up and down on this tree branch. Although I was nervous they would poke themselves with the twigs and kept warning them about it, I couldn’t resist watching them play and the look of exhilaration on their face … just enjoying something as simple as this. The quote is: Happiness is opening yourself up to all the little miracles life has to offer. / Happiness is taking a break from your routine and getting lost in the moment. / Happiness is looking at the world through the eyes of a child. / Happiness is a choice… yours to define. / Take this moment and / Have A Blast.
