  • another classic motor

  • Old chevvy

  • Old Chevrolet in the field with Jane. .... Salvation Jane that is – Patterson’s Curse – great colour to photograph but not so good on the old hives and hay fever though if you have to get up close.

  • A moody shot of an old Chevrolet in a derelict UK industrial setting.

  • Classic Chevrolet 1974. / Dedicated for old chevy lovers.

  • Taken on Boxing Day 2008 on the promenade in Brighton at a gathering of classic car enthusiasts.

  • For the Car show challenge in Addicted Photographer group

  • ready for the show this old car was polished and buffed to perfection. I don’t know the make but it sure was an eye catcher

  • 59 chevvy imperial as displayed at the silverstone classic car show i 2008 held in Noosa Queensland Australia

  • Such wonderful finish and shine. Reflections on the body of not just the Chevy emblems but the grass. Mirror finish. / Also at vintage car show; was great to have opportunity to take something a bit different. Also another reminder of our Dad. / Nikon D80, Sigma 17-70, F5, 1/100, ISO400, 45mm / There will be 3 in this series.

  • This time in yellow. Having seen them drive by earlier in the day during a parade it was great to be able to walk around and check them out closer. I was just so impressed with the finish. A slightly dull day I think actually helped, the brightness of the sun would have made reflections a bit too shiny. (I think) Nikon D80, Sigma 17-70, F5, 1/125, ISO 400, FL 70 /

  • Car boot sale at North Ipswich State School

  • That’s what I’m feeling like too. Took this picture as a possible entrant to the canon competition but have since found a better one. But I still really like this shot. Jens dad built this car from scratch and last night we drove it down to a Vineyard just down the road from their house. Parked it up and took a few pictures in low light. Hope you guys like this one The car is a 1938 Chevvy in Dark Blue. I’ve made this black n white though

  • This one is my entry into the Practically Black Brief of the Canon Eos Photo 5 Competition. My father in law built this 1938 Chevvy from scratch. He’s very clever and I like taking photos of it so my next few sets of shots I add will most likely be of this. This is a Two picture HDR merge, used Photomatix Pro 3.2 one shot taken with flash on, the other just a slight bit underexposed. Taken at Dawn

  • This one just made to look kinda evil I think…. The same car 1938 Chevvy made by my dad in law. Makes me a bit scared to think “Are those lights turning on?, is it gonna rev it’s engine and come out of the shadows to eat me?” or something like that.

  • A Colour version of the 1938 Chevvy. This one HDR merged with 4 photos then tonemapped. Some slight photoshopping but other than that IT’S EXACTLY WHAT I SAW…lol….okay so it was a bit darker but you get the drift. Hope you like.
