When Paul Vanzella told me he was shooting with Sarah, I bought, begged and stole my way into that shoot. And who could blame me! I’ve been drawing these types of pin-ups for years and finally bit the bullet and got around to compiling a selection for a calendar here at Redbubble. I work in pencil and ink directly onto the paper, but have recently became a big bwave boy and got confident enough to do some minor retouches using photoshop. However, I’m a slow learner. This is my little effort to celebrate the beauty of women, with a generous dollop of humour thrown in. I hope you enjoy it. Biker PS I’ve just realised, this calendar’s quite the bargain, 13 images for the usual price of 1 matted print. Can’t be bad eh?

The Cheesecake Factory on Plaza Place in Southlake, Texas, USA. Southlake Town Square on a Sunday morning in early October. One of the very few American towns where I have been able to walk around. It has been purpose built that way to provide a community spirit, and it seems to work. My hotel is in the middle of the shot, so I did not have far to walk.
