So tell those people that it means that everyone should just try to be the same. That way they’ll get out of your face. Be normal, it’s your disguise.

Worn Echidna is an extension from the original series of 9 Animal Designs that were 4” x 4” canvas blocks created at end of 2007. Rather than using the selected blue, pink or yellow I’ve chosen a more muted tone with grey and black in acrylics and inks on a distressed photo that I took. The animal design series represents what we could be left with if we don’t take care of nature and all it’s creatures. With their charming toy like appearance, they could just end up like childhood memories.

This is a character I drew based on a girl whose hair I fell in love with. True story. Hence the title. Her hair is much more gorgeous in person than in the drawing. And it wasn’t blue.

It is certainly a choir with a very “sweet” sound. Dessertelia Choir was designed for my sister (Amelia) who loves desserts a lot and who is also a choir conductor. Though it started off a personal gift, we later agreed these characters are lovely and we would like to share with everyone on the net. Hope you like them as much as my sister does.

Meet Pawn. This intelligent rabbit is a real thrill- seeker, defenitely loves some good action and has an obsession with mechanics. When talking about mechanics, he’s really enthusiastic and talks about the design, construction and use of machinery or mechanical structures with words his friends can barely understand.
