The sky turned pink for just a minute before the sun rose up over the horizon. Many thanks to Geoff for the inspiration of the title.

This is a cement tube under the Mt. Baldy Dam. In the 1970’s when this was taken this place was hard to get to and in without being busted. But get in we did… That is my brother Todd on the wall, a natural skate boarder from the start.

Location: / St. Margaret’s Bay, Kent, England Map: / Multimap Date and Time: / 16 August 2008, 6.14 a.m. Camera details: / ISO 200 : f/22 : 1/4 second : 18mm : Nikon D40 : Nikon 18-55mm lens Shot narrative: / Known as White Cliffs Country and one of England’s most famous natural landmarks according to the Natural Trust, the cliffs extend a few miles to the north to St Margaret’s Bay. Captured in the early morning light the glow of these magnificent cliffs is amazing. Unfortunately due to erosion, parts of these cliffs are falling into the sea and the section of beach I usually visit at St Margaret’s Bay differs each time I go with new rocks that were once cliff now at the water’s edge.

NOW That everything changes when we start to see that life is suppose to be FUN and we can allow the infinite possibilities to formulate the best path for our desires to manifest. I have never seen this more true than my own life. As everyday I soften my thinking to better feeling thoughts I experience new vista’s to guide me towards that which I am becoming and that which I desire. Today has been such an easy day full of butterfly vibrations and lovely sounds and visions and YOU! xox

Channel Billed Toucan – Copan, Honduras

This is La Courtine, one of the most beautiful cliff I’ve ever seen. La Courtine is part of the amazing rocky coast around Etretat in Upper Normandy, France, altogether known as Les Failases d’Etretat. I took this picture last August, on a very windy – as usual over there – late afternoon. / I wanted to have the sea looking as much smooth as possible, but I was in full daylight, as it was around 19:30 hours. Even with the overcasted sky, and even full stopping down the lens, the exposure time was only 1/2 seconds, a too fast time to move the sea surface. Using a polarizer and a 8x ND filter I gained 5 more stops, obtaining therefore, with a slight over-exposure, 20 secs of exposure time. Finally, I used a graduated filter to darken the sky, while keeping a correct exposure on the cliffs and the sea. / This allowed me to give the sea surface a watercolour paint look, and I also obtained a slight movement in the clouds, thanks to the strong wind. The Divine in Me is all about creation and how it turn us a particle of the Divinity. When we establish contact with our “creative being”, we become a channel for the Superior Power to manifest through us. When we have an idea, it becomes first “plasmed” in the upper planes as materialized thoughts. Then we turn them real in the physical level, through a painting, music, poetry or whatever artistic language we are trained on. I represented this principle by an ethereal sunflower garden – the sunflower is linked to the symbolism Sun/God/Creation – from which we pick the “flowers of imagination” we once planted and bring them to life in the real world.

If we ever did, how differently would we act as if every moment was the last. Life is too precious, yet ever so fragile. Like most things in life it takes a lifetime to build but can be destroyed in a matter seconds. How easy It should be to cherish every second, yet it’s only ever with hindsight that we reflect on what could have been. The impressions of life are forever etched into others memories and thoughts, and although gone in body, the spirit and essence of life lives on through others. If only life was care and stress free enough to be able to live every second to the full and appreciate every god damn moment you can.

This was taken on the stretch of shingle beach to the west of Folkestone Harbour about an hour before full tide.
