Memories wrapped in stone and tree shadows. A place to reflect, and wonder about life. This goes along with the Memorial Picture at Padgett’s Creek Church. As you can see….most of them are merely rocks planted in the ground.

This is a recent memorial at Padgett’s Creek Baptist Church to all the unmarked graves in the cemetary. This cemetary holds many, many graves that are still unmarked and not sure whether who lays beneath them. Some say they are the graves of slaves and others say they are graves of the poor people in the area.

Image of a mausoleum door in a cemetery in Prague. This is an early morning HDR image, multiple bracketed exposures merged into one. The colors and lighting on the doors were just fantastic. I also like the barely visible Numbers 88 and 89 on each side of the doors. The almost brandnew padlock sticks out like a sore thumb, so does the weed in the lower right corner by the door. It’s amazing how much more detail you find when you really look at an image for awhile. HDR Images / Prague Images / Aviation Related Images
