Dear all, I just wanted to share with you a short story that my sister, Pauline wrote for a Competition for the BBC, My Story which has since been published on the BBC website. It is called CELEBRATING SCARS It is to do with her battle with leukaemia but all will become clearer if you read this painfully moving and sometimes witty story. I wanted to share it with you because I know a lot of you, me included have our own scars we want to hideaway but if we were only to share them they might not be as bad as we think they are.
