I don’t care how but if you get a kid next to a pond and they find a hook and a line. They will do anything they can to find a way to hook a fish. Tree limb and a few sticky leaf worms.. Boy oh boy those big catfish Grandpa is talking about … I am going to catch me one.. LOL.. Oh I love children so and want to go back to think like that..

Catfish is my cat! I found him swimming in Tampa Bay. He was only about six inches long (A kitten) when I found him, Catfish is a Manx (Tail-less Cat) I don’t know how he got in the bay were he was found, there was nobody around for miles and there is a nine foot sea wall there. I think Catfish fell from the sky! ....I think a shark got his tail too!

On the third day of observing the Blue Heron fishing in the quiet cove, he is well accustomed to my presence. After each catch he flies to the shore and devours the small catfish within arms reach of where I sit. Taking advantage of this acceptance, I wade out into the water to a patch of land for a better shooting angle. Twenty minutes later, he pulls out “the catch of the day” pausing for a photo record of his success.

I Love these Bristlenose Catfish and have quite a few of them, these 2 are a pair, the male having the large bristles on his face and the female has none. I have successfully bred Bristlenose Catfish and they are my favourite fish tank fish. They have huge personalities and keep the tank clean too! I hope you like seeing them.
