I generally am not a horse fan. Or a country girl. (Even though / I come from a long line of knife wielding half crazed Texas / Indians..) But I couldn’t help myself when I saw these two today. The kitty put its nose right up to the horse’s..I couldn’t believe it..

A digital piece which I put myself into. It is full of symbolic elements and represents the regret and emptiness that nuclear capabilities can create. It has a sense of foreboding and attempts to incite feelings of urgency towards the issue of nuclear arms. / Everything was well thought out and I tried to leave the piece open to personal interpretation. Hope you love it as much as I do!

Pendle Witch Country, in the Lancashire Pennines, is an area lying between (but also including) the north western edge of Bronte Country and the Ribble Valley, to the north and north east of which are Bowland, and the south western Yorkshire Dales respectively. The area is dominated by the dark brooding mass of Pendle Hill (shown above) and made famous (nay infamous) for its grim and fiendish association with the “Witches of Pendle”...

A collection of my finest, photographic artworks, featuring a variety of animals, mostly in silhouette form. Each scene has been carefully created to provide an atmospheric setting for each of the animals using light to capture the essence of the seasons. I will be selling the calenders privately, and of course, here on redbubble! Jen :-)

Stream just outside of Silverton Colorado. / I titled this “Cat river” because when I took this shot I thought it would be nice to have more water movement. I went back to my vehicle which was about 150 feet away to get my tripod. As I turned to go back out there I heard my wife holler “TIM, DON’T GO OUT THERE, THERE’S A BOB CAT WATCHING YOU” / I told her there are no Bob Cats ot here. She said, it is watching you, it’s in the bushes. I could not see it, but she did. Our dog must have seen it and made a quick move startling my wife so she looked and seen the cat. / I knew there were Mountain Lions out here and decided not to go for another photo. Later I showed her a picture of a mountain lion and she said THAT’S IT, that is what was watching you. / I never did get my photo with water movement. I thought it best not to go back out there and maybe getting too close to the cat for it to possibly attack when my back was turned. About half way up the photo on the left side you will notice a somewhat larger size bush, it was to the left of here in a more dense section where the moutain lion was watching from. Why be lunch when you don’t have to. Now you know why I titled this ‘Cat River”
