2040 views 3/11/09 Lolly is the sweetest munchkin, I love her to death! Although I am really, really going to miss my cousin and her gorgie daughter when they move to Macau my compensation is the addition to my family of this little girl. It’s a bit tricky now having a Tolly and a Lolly! When I growl at Lolly for jumping all over the elderly Tolly, Tolly often gives me this kind of “what did I do?” look! But Lolly was named by the afore-mentioned gorgie daughter of my cousin who is 3 years old so there it is.

Sorry to all those who don’t like “pets and babies” photos… ;) This is my kitty trying to catch a fly on the window last night… The sun was coming down into our living room which gave that nice glow on one side of his face. I was originally going to make it all black & white but I just couldn’t bring myself to leave his gorgeous blue eye out! Update 22/03/2009: / Thanks to all your comments this photo is now on page #1 of the “most popular pictures of all times”! by Kim CalvertJust bought a new external flash for my Nikon..and wow..I have never been able to get a good shot of either of my cats, due to lighting, just couldn’t get it right..this flash is awesome..but anyway, this is Simba my beautiful Hymalian..and Yes he is the King..he has been known on a daily basis to beat the crap out of my 150 pound Bullmastif Bowdy, if he hears me even slightly raise my voice at Bowdy, he will come running to slap the crap out of that dog.. This is a portrait of a house cat from one of the Mornington Peninsula Wineries (25 July, 2009) who just sits around all day! For the record, I’m a dog person and I’m allergic to cats but this cat was so well behaved and just sat so still I couldn’t help my self but photograph it!
